I'm writing to notify you of my departure from Polished Dental Hygiene.
I want to emphasize that my decision to leave is driven by personal reasons, as I'm looking to expand my family and require a sufficient number of insurable hours to qualify for maternity leave benefits. My last working day at Polished Dental Hygiene will be November 30, 2023.
